About Richard Glendenning

Quick brag - Some time last year I actually ranked number 2 in the world, which I was quite chuffed about.

I am a creative/creative director with vast amounts of experience in TV, print, digital, social media and DM/DR.

I have been creative director in many agencies with great success. I love to get the best out of people. I'm persuasive with clients and have had a key role in winning business and moving brands forwards into more exciting spaces.

I have been lucky enough to have worked in and for many of the best agencies in London, Amsterdam, the US, and Austria.

And I've won a few awards along the way. In fact, last year, I won a Cannes Silver a D&AD, 5 Big Awards, 5 Creative Circles and much more. And 2 years before that I managed to get into The Book with my press ad for The Observer and be shortlisted at Cannes for my Waitrose Carrot TV ad. 

I was for a while the number 2 highest ranking creative in the world on Best Ads On TV.

I'm keen to take on jobs, big or small. My mission is just to make great work with great people.

Another string to my bow - I can say I've firmly grasped the AI world and am proficient in Photoshop AI, Bard, Claude, Chat GPT and MidJourney - this skill means, when needed, I can produce incredible work much quicker than a traditional creative. I've not only used it on the creative end but on the production side too.
